When will my order be processed?
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Barcelona, orders are handled from Monday to Friday. upon confirmation of payment. We may take longer during the holidays and busy seasons but we will inform you in advance.
What is the freight cost?
Transport is free for shipments in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Monaco, Netherlands and Sweden. For other destinations, the cost will appear when you place your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times are 2 to 5 days in Spain and 3 to 10 days in Europe for the countries mentioned above. To know the deadlines for other destinations, you can contact us at info@miusutin.com.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If it has been 15 days since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to return your order, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging or in a packaging that ensured a good conditioning during transport.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
